"In this recording Khan Sahib is assisted by both his students Pandit Debu Chaudhuri and Pandit Nirmal Guha Thakurta (who is no more). On Tabla, Ustad Zameer Khan & Pandit Ananda Gopal Bandopadhyay are accompanying. Mr David Barsamian, student of Pandit Debu Chaudhuri, is accompanying on the Tanpura. This was recorded in the Akashvani old studio behind Broadcasting House, New Delhi. This information is given by Prateek Chaudhuri, as told by his father, Pandit Debu Chaudhuri. This video is from Doordarshan, the National TV Channel of India. It was first telecast in the year 1971, produced by Smt Naina Devi, who is also no more. This is rare and very important from the historical point of view as Khan Sahib was interviewed (which is not in this video) before the recital by Pandit Dilip Chandra Bediji, the famous vocalist of the early 50's in India." (from Youtube descriptions).

Thanks to Tóth Szabi for finding this piece.
